Is located on the east side of Mattituck Inlet. There is a Scout lodge in the upland area (located at the top of fragile sand dunes) which used for scout meetings and other community gatherings. The property contains extensive wetlands and marshes. Sound-front beach extends from the west side of the guardrail at the end of Bailie Beach Road to the federal jetty. There are no lifeguards at this beach. A Town of Southold Parking Permit is required to park at the roadend from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
